Love everything!! Only 2 issues.. 1) the pitcher does NOT always refill once emptied and it can take a long time. Almost like the button is already wearing down and it™™s 6 months old. 2) so many fingerprints, handprints, etc. has to be cleaned several times a day. Definitely not smudge proof/ fingerprint resistant.

This freezer has made my life so much better since getting rid of my old chest freezer. It is so much easier to organize and find the food I want when I want it. I keep a remote monitor in it and the temp only varies about 3 degrees! NICE. I would recommend this unit to my friends.

We needed more freezer space and our 10 year old Frigidaire has been so reliable so thats the brand we had to have based on its history. I would have like to have seen it come with a nicer handle and digital read out on the front like my old one but I am sure it will give us great service without those bells and whistles.

This upright freezer has a large capacity and is very quiet. It seems to hold a steady temperature and keeps all the food frozen. The only feature that it lacks is a built in temperature monitor that let's you see what the actual temperature is. Therefore you must purchase a separate thermometer to be able to ensure the proper temperature is set and stays. Otherwise I highly recommend this product at this point. Will see what the future holds!

Freezer worked great at first, as we got close to a year, the freezer started having issues and I had soft food. Tried reaching out to manufacture and was given run around about no service tech in the area. Then they didnt have history of my call, dragged it on until manufacture warranty was expired then states nothing they can do. Just wanted to sell me an extended warranty the first few calls and then again no service tech in the area. Had a half of a cow that was in the freezer that has gone to waste now.

Freezer was easy to install and works well. Manual is a bit light on information, but the on-line information is good. Freezer was missing hinge covers as shown in the manual but is functional. Other than small details the freezer works fine. The real key is it is frost free. I only hope it stays that way. Time will tell as it usually does. Finis is good and it fit into the space we had set aside for it. Great product

The freezer is working great. After it arrived i noticed ice buildup and discovered an issue with the door. It appeared to have been damaged prior to being delivered. I contacted the appliance store where we purchased it and they sent a tech out to look at it. He agreed there was damage and is ordering a replacement door. I have full confidence that the new door will rectify the icing problem and hope to enjoy this freezer for many years.

We need to keep it higher than the "recommended" temperature in order to keep the temp below 0, but so far it's doing its job. I also like being able to more easily access food in the upright verses the chest freezer.
