I really like the design of this fridge as you have the icemaker in the freezer where it belongs and you still get access to a water dispenser in the door. However, the doors do not align at the top despite one being fully adjusted all the way down and the other being fully adjusted all the way up. It also was not fun adjusting the adjustment bolt on the right side as the water line literally goes through the bolt itself so a socket wrench is out of the question.

Had this refrigerator delivered last Tuesday. Online ordering experience was nice and easy. Delivery was a bit subpar. Guys struggled a little bit getting the old fridge out and new in. Was a little distraught that the removed the protective film before getting it in the house. Was left with a scuff/scratch in the upper left hand corner. Packaging film and tape should be left to owner removal. Left alot of tape glue on the fridge. If you aren™™t experienced in removing, you could do some damage to the finish. Other than that, the fridge is very nice quality. Runs quiet, keeps food cold.

The control panel is astoundingly easy to activate and modify unintentionally. I had grabbed something out of the fridge before going to bed, opened it in the morning and the freezer was set to the warmest setting somehow. Fridge setting has also changed unknowingly multiple times. Way too easy to activate. Also hard to read the markings unless in full-on direct light, which you won't get from the fridge and may get from other lights if they're in the right spot.I wish the freezer shelves were actually adjustable position-wise, and I feel the ice bucket is waaayyy too big. It takes up so much space and takes a surprisingly long time to make ice.The water dispenser is interesting in that it's a halfway decent compromise between having the dispenser through the door front, or inside the fridge area itself, but it dribbles water so much that I'm worried something's going to get shorted out. And it's not cold water, just filtered. Thought it was hilarious that the instructions said "to enjoy cold water from this fridge, add ice to you cup and fill with water from the dispenser." Good lord. Would've been intriguing if they had put the dispenser on the outside edge of the fridge or freezer door, so you don't have to open the fridge anyway just to get room temp (albeit filtered) water, but this is a good enough compromise.I like that the access panel at the back of the fridge is metal instead of that awful cardboard stuff that falls apart upon installation/removal.It -does- run seemingly constantly, which if that means it's operating normally, that's fine. But where do I find that reassurance? Not in the manual, beyond some vague statement about "due to the high performance top of the line compressor, your unit MAY in SOME CASES run for an extended period of time, but that's only because it's so fine-tuned and precise trying to keep the fridge at the exact right temp." That's all well and good, but please tell me exactly what it's doing to try to attempt this, because the fridge operation gives the distinct impression that it's trying its hardest to maintain the temp in the fridge. Vauge assurances = bad ; operational details and specific design intents = good.There has to be a better way to protect the outside of appliances nowadays. I can guarantee that I have NO LESS than a square foot of scrap, teeny tiny pieces of plastic wrap all under the trim of my fridge in various places. Makes the fridge look cheap.Overall, fridge runs, it's relatively quiet, keeps my food cold/frozen, dispenses filtered water with an automatic ice maker. We'll see about its overall longevity and parts availability.

Got this fridge to replace another Frigidaire that was aging and was going to be more expensive to fix than replace. Took a little bit longer than expected for the ice maker to kick in, but so far really enjoying it.

We just received our new Frigidaire Gallery and I didn't realize the storage capacity was such an upgrade. I haven't used the water dispenser in the door yet. It was a good choice and I recommend it.

This SbS provides so much space and the lighting is great in the freezer and frig. Factory set temperature is spot on. The ice maker is producing plenty of ice and it is not clumping. It seems a little noisier than my last frig but I am getting used to it.

Due to hurricane Milton we lost our fridge the night of the storm, luckily we had made a lot of ice, after a couple of days when we could drive we went looking for a replacement, We found all the features we wanted on the Frigidaire Gallery Side x Side. Box stores did not have it in stock and had delivery date for Oct. 22, It was the 13th at the time. Next day we got Internet back if hooked up to the generator so I went online directly to Frigidaire, signed up for a 5% discount and ordered the fridge from them with an expected delivery date of 10/23/2024 (we borrowed my wife's fridge from her office to get us by till then). This is where it all starts going wrong... They use a 3rd party delivery service for home delivery, we were home all day (obviously thanks Milton) and it has been an extremely hectic 2 weeks @5:30 we decide to see if we can get dinner out, on our way we get a text "we are 5 minutes from your house to deliver your fridge" normally this would be great news but 1) we were 20 minutes away. 2) we were giving NO PRIOR WARNING! My neighbor called me to tell me they were at the house trying to deliver the fridge, I asked him to receive it and just leave it at the front door (I have great neighbors!), unfortunately they would not leave it with him and he called to tell me. Hey, we did what we could under the circumstances and I figured well I'll be there tomorrow waiting only to find out next scheduled delivery date was the 29th, a week away! Unfortunately I lost my mind got on chat and laid into the representative but there was nothing she could do other than point me to the delivery hub "The Last Mile or Linn Star Transfer" of coarse I called, basically they too were affected by the hurricane and now behind best he could do was the 28th, I had to accept it. Lo and behold, I actually received a message stating they would be there between 1 & 4pm this was what was supposed to happen the first time. As they are unloading the drivers points out the fridge has dents, OH YAY! Unfortunately they are in the one of 2 spots we would see them otherwise I wouldn't have cared. I took pictures, reached back out to a representative unfortunately I got the same girl and I could tell she knew me by her shortness with me, honestly don't blame her I wasn't nice to her. Next we go into the measurement of time, every action on their end is 24 - 48hrs, we all know what that means but 3 and 4 days later you should recognize that 48hrs. has passed a couple of days ago, I was becoming relentless contacting them and trying to get some movement and action on this purchase to get it finalized and behind us. Well, here I sit typing up this play by play on Nov. 4th this fridge was ordered on Oct. 15th, anyone else feeling my pain at the moment? On Sat. the 2nd of Nov. I received an email stating they would compensate $50.00 I felt that was a fair amount they were small dents and imagine not accepting it and having to reverse this process, it'd be Christmas by then. I just checked in with Johnny on the chat and unfortunately he could not provide a timeframe other than yep you guessed it "24-48hrs." I will finish typing this up when when I get the final invoice but to this point this is an experience I could've done without, I would much rather put this effort in on a stellar review but that went south a few weeks ago all starting with NO COMMUNICATION from deliverer.Nov.6th after being told 24 - 48hrs for my invoice, I am currently reaching back out to Chat to check on the invoice when I do I get this reply "I can see here that the damaged allowance was already processed however, as mentioned above we cannot process the invoice after the deduction. I can only generate the invoice here however, it will have the whole order total."... HERE WE GO AGAIN!...Ultimately, they provided the invoice promised and I hope and pray this transaction is finally over. Now about the refrigerator. It is a great price, It makes a little noise (Just a low fan hum) continuous operation. The ice maker is a slow & steady but once it starts to pile up, lack of ice will never be your problem. The two other things that boggle me is 1) it makes a very mechanical noise when dispensing water or feeding the ice maker, not the end of the world but there is water pressure not sure why this is a noise maker. 2) The dispensed water is not cold, never cold another boggler, the filter is in the refrigerator as well as the line going to the door but the water from the door is never cold, So strange to me. All in all for the price I think it is a decent fridge, that is about all the promoting I can give. Again, this had the opportunity to be a five star rating, my best would be a 3.

I love the look, the space and ease of changing the water filter but for the love of all things holy, the tape y™™all use is a nightmare. The tape didn™™t come off easily and now I have strings of blue tape all over the inside of the fridge and freezer. One of the seals to the fruit and vegetable drawers doesn™™t stay in place so I have to reinstall it about every 3rd time I open the drawer. I do love the large capacity of the ice compartment and the storage in the doors is awesome.

My wife and I chose this fridge after our crappy LG went out on us and we lost over $200 worth of food. We did our research and came across this beauty; very spacious and most importantly, it keeps our fruits and vegetables fresh much longer than our last fridge! Only flaw, MAKE SURE HAUL AWAY IS ON YOUR RECEIPT PRIOR TO YOUR DELIVERY DATE! It's free so take advantage of it and TRIPLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT (Don't say I never warned you!!!) We were told we didn't check it off when paying for it on the Frigidaire website. Lastly, the icemaker is good but it doesn't make ice as fast as some other fridges

poor quality on the shelfs and drawer and the warranty on the unit is limited look for better quality had ours for little over eight months and both bottom drawers broken and depends on who you talk to is what the warranty on the drawers are and the agents are rude the lady hung up on me poor customer service

So far it works as it should and in every way that was promised. It also looks good. One complaint™¦please use something besides that awful blue tape to secure drawers and the like. Even removing very slowly it left behind a good bit of tape in my fridge. The last thing people want is to have to scrub blue tape off of a new fridge.

I have found my new Frigidaire side by side refrigerator to be a perfect choice for my needs. The shelves are large on both sides so they easily hold a large amount of food. Also, the temperature is very uniform on both sides.

The fridge is beautiful and has a great design. The shelves are sturdy and easy to take for cleaning. Having the water option in the door took a minute to get used to but I really enjoy it. Love having the fridge and freezer sensors on the door panel. Great place to access and see the levels of your fridge™™s interior.

We™™ve had our new Frigidaire Gallery side-by-side (With internal ice & water) for about a week and we love it! Our previous Frigidaire Gallery had the ice and water on the outside and this design allows for SO much more freezer space, both on the door and the on the interior. The refrigerator side is also very spacious and both are well lit.The water dispenser feature is actually on the side of the refrigerator door, and works well. Shelves and drawers are spacious and easily removable for cleaning. One tiny request would be to include a plastic ice scooper with the fridge/freezer. (Although we got one on Amazon for $7). I would highly recommend this gallery side-by-side with internal ice and water!!

This refrigerator has been great for us! There is plenty of room inside and it's very easy to see inside with the bright interior lights. The door cubbies are surprisingly large and are very sturdy. I is very easy to install all the filters (water, air, and fresh drawer) which is a great and appreciated. Installation is easy which is always a bonus because the bottom has wheels that helped it easily slide right into place, which is especially great if you need to move it by yourself. The clean and sleek design fits perfectly in our home. The internal water dispenser in the door provides the comforts we are accustomed too, and the ice maker is really large. We are extremely pleased with the style and functionality.

I love my new Frigidaire! It's sleek side-by-side design looks great in my kitchen. I like the water on the inside door as it takes up less space than an external one. The controls are also sleek and easy to use, no digital number lights to go out. Inside has plenty of room, with deli and crisper drawers for organization.

Enjoying this Frigidaire since installation last week. We have all Gallery appliances in our kitchen and this goes well with the others and looks modern and clean. I really like the ice maker without a dispenser on the door, much easier to use. The bins and drawers are great for organizing and finding food! Highly recommend.

We are trully happy with this Frigidaire refrigerator since installation last week. It looks modern and clean. I really like the large ice maker without a dispenser on the door, much easier to use. The door cubbies and drawers are great and really big for organizing and finding food. The frezeer is surprisingly big. We are very happy with the clean look, it's sleek and innovative. The water dispenser in side the door gives us filtered water without sacrificing style. Love it and highly recommend it!

I have had this refrigerator for about a month, and it is performing excellently! I wanted a side by side with no water dispenser on the front. It is holding its temperature well and is very quiet. It is my first side-by-side™"after having had a French door style™"and I am so glad to be rid of that cavernous bottom freezer. I hated digging through that bin!

The shelves are roomy. The water dispenser it is on the inside, now I have no water Streeks running down in front of my fridge and nothing to clean. Both the front and the sides can hold magnets. The best feature is the icemaker can be turned off and on when you want to!

So far so good. The refrigerator has plenty of space and HUGE door shelves for plenty of storage. The lighting is bright and even throughout the appliance. It was easy to hook up and rolled right into place. The only negative I have, which is really just me being picky, is the ice machine seems large. If the ice maker was more compact, I think another shelf could be put in the freezer for added space. Overall a much needed improvement over our last refrigerator.

This fridge has been great! It's quite spacious and very easy to see inside with the bright internal lights. The side cubbies hold quite a bit as well and are very sturdy. I really like how easy it is to install all the filters (water, air, and fresh drawer). This is a great refrigerator with lots of space. I love the fact that there are two crisper drawers. The only downside is that the ice maker takes a very long time to produce ice. However, I do enjoy that it drops into an ice bucket inside the freezer which allows for more ice when the ice maker eventually catches up to the capacity of the bucket.
