Pretty basic. It came with our new build and is only a vacation home so the capacity is fine but it™™s like the builder grade option of the one we have in our primary home. I don™™t like that there is no fabric softener dispenser and no pod dispenser. I hate throwing my detergent pods right on my clothes and I really hate hot having a fabric softener dispenser. It™™ll do for now.

it does not dry ever! I would never buy or recommend it. I bought this dryer at almost $900,
less than 2 years I had to call GE for repairs, the offered me to buy another one for $420, GE took the first dryer. The second dryer it's bad as the first one, it does not dry completely. I have to run the cycle two or three times to get the clothes dry. TERRIBLE!

This a terrible washer leaving clothes wet sometimes not running on certain setting. Placed a service call and made an appt, service person never showed up. Tried calling the company
Bodewell Service , no answer no answer multiple times. VER VERY VERY UNSAT. I WOULD GIVE MINUS 3 STARS IF I COULD. THIS IS A TERRIBLE WASHER

This dryer is rxtremely loud for some reason! Its a brand new dryer that came with my townhouse unit. Everytime i do laundry it wakes my kids out of their sleep. Maybe something needs to be adjusted with it?! Im not sure but it shouldnt sound like loose change rattled everytime i dry something?

I have to dry my clothes multiple times; even a small load. I have checked my settings to make sure I have them properly set according to what I am drying, and it doesn™™t make any difference. I am extremely unhappy with appliance and won™™t buy GE by Haier ever again!

Delivery was timely and complete! Team members were courteous, conscientious and professional. New dryer is quiet, heats and works perfectly. Handles large blankets and loads easily.

This dryer is designed terribly! The design and how the door is assembled continually wrecks clothing that has drawstrings, straps, or loose frantic. There is a small gap where straps, strings, and fabrics get stuck and then wrap up the entire load and it continues to tumble. I can™™t count how many pieces of clothing this dryer has destroyed. Not to mention how much of a fire hazard it is. The lint trap also after a year of use will not fit flush into the machine leaving a gap for lint which is also a huge fire hazard. Do not buy this dryer.

When I first got this dryer, I thought it was slow to dry because it was gas instead of electric™¦ Taking about 2 1/2 hours to dry a load of clothes. Fast-forward a few years later and now it™™s taking four hours to dry a small load of clothes. Ridiculous and not energy efficient at all.

It is it as quiet as my previous dryer and it seems like it is not as good quality. The buttons are hard to turn and the door is harder to open and close. The hardware in the back cause it to stick out further and almost did not fit in the space allotted. It also seems like it takes longer for clothes to dry.

Closing this dryer is literally so difficult. I have to shove it for the door to lock. Then to open I basically move the whole thing in order to open the door. The dryer vent is also a pain to remove, it™™s always jammed and takes a large amount of effort to remove.

Washing machine is also cheap, I put in a mattress cover and it was still soaked and wet after the spin. I am very disappointed in GE™¦never again

My drier is already broken after 5 weeks of using it. I have a new born and the technician can™™t come for another week. Not happy with loud drier at all and the customer service team did not try to help at all. All 3 bolts inside the dryer fell out and the vent is off.

Love that I can adjust the volume and turn off the buzzer alarm. So when I am downstairs I crank the volume and know just when it™™s done. So I don™™t forget the laundry. Seems to be working fine, the only concern is the door needs to be closed hard in order for the latch to catch and I worry about my littles fingers.

What can I say. It's a brand new "scratch & dent gas dryer that I bought from Elwood's, Waynedale, IN and they did a great job installing it. The dryer is running, somewhat quiet, and it dries well. I hope this GE gas dryer out runs my Samsung Dryer in more ways than one. Smaller than the Samsung dry, but a larger drying drum 7.2 ft. and some room left over. I can dry my oversized quilt blanket in it with no problem.

The moisture sensor on the dryer does not work. The timer portion does work. Had to call GE Repair to get it fixed. Tech did not have one and had to back order. Said he would re-schedule when he received it. Problem is, GE sent the timer to us. Still waiting for Tech to call us to reschedule.

Very happy with my new dryer. It does an excellent job. I love how loud the alarm is so if I™™m upstairs when the cycle is done I can run down before it starts to sit and wrinkle. Great feature! This dryer even better than my old Maytag!

I™™ve been extremely disappointed in this dryer. It takes much longer than what it should even on small loads.
Also, in just over two years I™™m getting ready to order my third lint screen. They have all torn in the exact same spot.
I like GE products, but I have learned the hard way that unless you buy GE Appliances in the Profile Series, you will end up with basic, inferior products. So if you cannot afford the Profile Series, I would strongly recommend buying another brand

The lint catcher does not collect enough lint. After using a dozen times I couldn™™t believe how much lint was not in the lint screen. Takes longer than my old dryer to dry clothes and towels- even using the cotton high mode.
