Damaged inside undamaged box ?

When picked up the box was in good shape, but... When opened box it was bent in the bottom right hand corner . Luckily it was in back , soo I bent it back straight then mounted. Glad it works I'm disabled soo can't keep taking items back and fourth not to mention hanging and removing . Soo ehhh idk.

We bought this at Lowe's in late February...Worked good for around 2 weeks then quit heating...called service line ( what a joke) schedule appointment for service...Service Man says the fan is overloading causing fuse blow...says its typical problem with this model....put fuse in it and ordered part....Microwave worked for about 2 weeks then quit working agian ...meanwhile can't get ahold of Service repair man and the GE repair line well good luck getting to talk to someone....so I have a 350 pieace of junk ....that's last money I will ever spend on any GE product....

It met expectations for about 18 months, It worked great. Then one day the alarm feature (the beep-beep sound) when it is done cooking, and the alarm for the timer would no longer make any sound. stopped working, and then the display started to flicker, and then stopped showing the clock. Setting a cook time shows up on the display, and pressing buttons makes a beep sound. Seems like we got a faulty machine. In all other regards and aspect of performance, the microwave is a good, econo model.

First of all, I had to purchase this microwave over the internet and not in person, as it was not available in the store, so I was not aware of the quality or lack there of. Compared to my previous GE microwave that was purchased in 2009, this new version is not as solid sounding especially when opening and closing the door. Also, the clock is not a soft color on the numbers but a bright, obnoxious white light. On a positive note, it works!

I always ha GE products but they are becoming ™€˜tinny™€™. On top of that the keyboard started to melt, from the steam of the pasta pot, and yes we had the vent on and it vents outside. The keyboard also is not very sensitive. This is my last GE product.
