Could not be more disappointed in this overpriced, loud, rattling piece of junk air conditioner! I purchased 2 of them and they both do the same thing - shake, vibrate, rattle my whole window...etc. I paid over $800 for 2 of them and they suck! I contacted GE because one did this right out of the box, and was offered a rebate form which means I have to shell out an additional $400 to then get reimbursed for the a/c to replace the piece of crap I bought. Now the second one is doing the same thing. I do not want to buy more of these awful air conditioners! I want my money back for the garbage I already purchased. I tried to upload a video too, but was unable to.

So far this unit has been excellent. Not gonna lie I™€™ve always been a LG guy but the reviews for them lately haven™€™t been great. So I took the chance on this unit and I gotta say it™€™s been wonderful. Only downside is the App for your phone can be a little finicky at times. Hopefully it will last awhile.

Brand new and doesn™€™t cool. Lowes won™€™t take it back and GE won™€™t replace or repair. I have to buy another one, Mail GE the receipt and hope in 4-6 weeks I get a Visa gift card which I can™€™t apply to my credit card! So $900 credit card charges for 2 air conditioners and a gift card for $450! Billion dollar company that can™€™t help a senior citizen any better than this. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This air conditioner unit is a powerful and energy efficient Ac that cools medium sized rooms quickly while staying much quieter than many regular window units. Very cool a window unit (pun intended!)

My husband and I LOVE this GE window A/C unit. It is quiet and efficiently cools our bedroom on warm evenings when we don't want to pay to cool the entire house. It also has a remote control, so we can turn it on or off or adjust the temperature with just a click of a button. The inside profile is low--it only extends about 6 inches, meaning a I cannot close our blackout curtains if we aren't using the unit. Installation was also surprisingly easy--we have an irregular window sill, so we did need to add some wood in front so the unit could balance correctly. Our house is very old, though, so if you have new and "normal" windows, even me and my not-handy husband could figure it out! In short, this is an excellent unit that is both very efficient and very user-friendly. If you are in the market for a window unit, I would recommend trying it out!

I finally installed my new GE air conditioner and it works fantastic! I have a small space, central air isn™€™t really a solution, so I installed this over the weekend and it works amazing. It keeps the whole room cold. Not cool but cold. It™€™s controlled by Bluetooth which makes it so convenient. I also love how it looks very modern.

I installed this ac unit in my apartment window and am amazed at how easy it was! Because of the adjustable design, it does not require a shelf to sit on. Do t be afraid of the size. It easily adjusts to go half, in and half out of my window and includes side panels, so there is no open space. So easy to install, my 20 year old kids installed it themselves. Once installed, it quickly cools the entire space and is very quiet. The GE brand has been reliable in the past, so this is a great value for the price.

I recently installed a GE Profile™ 10,000 BTU Inverter Smart Ultra Quiet window air conditioner (PWJV10WWF) in a medium-sized room in my house and overall I'm very impressed with it. First, the cooling performance is excellent. My room is about 400 square feet (approximately 48 square meters), and the unit cools quickly and maintains a stable temperature without constantly switching on and off. The inverter technology seems to make a big difference ™€“ it operates more quietly and efficiently than the older window air conditioners I used before. One of the features I like most is its quietness. Even when operating at higher cooling settings, the noise level is very low. This is especially noticeable at night as it doesn't disrupt sleep like traditional window air conditioners often do when noisy. The smart features are also very convenient. I connected it to Wi-Fi and can control it via the app or voice commands. Being able to turn it on before I get home or adjust the temperature from my bed is incredibly convenient. Excellent air conditioner. Very nice design, easy to set up and control. You can control it with app and that I like very much. Also, it™€™s 10000 btu which is perfect for medium room. For me personally I am using it for my garage. It will be perfect in the summer, makes the room cool very quick. Made of good material and good quality. It also has a removable filter which is very easy to clean.
