When the air conditioner arrived first thing I noticed was how cheap the hose and connectors are but with 90 degree days and high humidity had to use it. Now a few months later the thing is leaking water everywhere out of the bottom of it. which took me way longer to realize than it should of and resulted in my floor being ruined. The thing also doesn't cool down a tiny room at all. Overall worst ac I've purchased.

I bought two portable/free standing AC units are they are both missing the piece that lets you attach the hose to the back of the AC unit. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is a consistent issue. What™™s even more frustrating, is it seems like I can™™t just buy that part individually. I would really like two of those pieces so my AC actually works!

It comes with basic parts (per site pictures) and a bag of metal clips and screws. No instructions. No instructions on website. No, I'm not waiting another 4 weeks for a service tech to come install it after waiting 4 weeks for parts. No, I'm not paying for that Lackluster experience. There are 2 locking knobs to hold the sliders. They face the wrong way and hold everything closed. I am prepared to cut a hole in side of house and install a dryer vent myself. Going to tackle installing parts as best I can first.

The parts are cheap plastic that fall apart. You could have used a good solid pvc material that is flexible yet durable. This is not.

You sell a product and the replacement parts aren't available from you or Lowes so what is the use of having a warranty on this portable air conditioner if the parts aren't available from you or the store you purchased from? Find this replacement part and let me know when it's available. Lowes doesn't have this in their warehouse and neither do you. Stop selling the GE portable air conditioner model #adfd06jaswg1

Purchased from Lowe's they wouldn't replace the part that was broken when we got it and we can't purchase the replacement part for it really sad they wouldn't refund my money and now we have a air conditioner that my elderly mom can't use angry at Lowe's and General Electric
