So GE makes it difficult to find the correct consumable or parts for the appliances.
I ordered, it was wrong. I was so annoyed.
So you have to pay shipping both ways to them.
I live in a more rural setting now. When I went to UPS it was over 13.00 back to them. I would receive like 10.00 or less. Not worth it. I got the actual part from Amazon I needed at a great price and no shipping charge. Really need to think about whether I go forward with GE later.

I'm rating the experience not the actual filter. I purchased this and it's the wrong filter ....the wrong one is listed for this microwave. Going off the reviews I'm not the first person who this happened to but yet the wrong product is still showing....been at least 5 months, plenty of time to correct.

Wrong product, and you have acknowledged other reviews telling you you have the wrong product listed for a replacement filter. It is either extremely incompetent or maybe GE just does not care? I will remember incidents like this going forward when purchasing new appliances.

Ya got me!
This error has persisted for years. Did GE layoff their IT department or something? I ordered direct because I didn't want to mess with ill-fitting, non-OEM or incorrect parts. I figured this would be without hiccups. Well anyway, lesson learned. I'll check reviews first, even for reputable companies who should have their acts together.
The poor rating is for the experience, the incorrect part might be lovely for all I know. I mean, it looks like a filter that someone else might find useful.
GE, hasn't this been going on long enough? Can you get someone to correct this please? The message this sends is one of indifference.

I have the JVM7195SK6SS microwave oven and was told that the WB02X10956 Charcoal filter would fit my oven according to your website and now I have found this not to be true. And I have also read now this to be true in other customer complaints. I bought two of these and now I feel I have been unfairly marketed toward. I am asking you to please make this right on your website and sending me at your charge two free Charcoal filters that actually fit this oven!!!!!!

Whether you scan the QR code or type in the model number, the GE website gives you the wrong filter. Many others have stated this and it still has not been corrected. It can™™t be that difficult to correct this issue.

To say I am disappointed with this replacement filter is an understatement. It is a cheap flimsy see-through filter and it is unacceptable for GE to sell a branded product of this quality on their website. I could™™ve bought a cheap knock off for half the price from Amazon that was just as good as this filter.

Never knew microwaves had filters and that they needed to be changed until red light appeared on my GE microwave. Also where else can you buy such a specialty part except at the GE microwave store. Plus the part is never in stock...always have to wait for it.

Even though we followed the QR code that identified our microwave model and replacement filter number. The filters are not the correct ones. I had to pay the shipping for the wrong product that GE recommended. Then GE sent me a RMA expecting me to pay the shipping to return the wrong filters, AND I had to pay the shipping on the right filters which I had to use Amazon to identify the correct one!
