My Kenmore washing machine was not able to be repaired so it was time for a new one. Electrolux caught my eye because we had an Electrolux vacuum growing up and it must have lasted 50 years or more. The washing machine is amazing. It has lots of options but is not overly complicated -- I have a 10 and 12 year old able to do their own laundry. The machine is much quieter than the old one, runs quickly and efficiently and does a fantastic job cleaning the clothing. VERY HAPPY!

Water and energy efficiency is really important to me and this is the most efficient machine available. It uses so little water that it often looks like there is no water in the machine. It also gets the clothes really clean and refreshed, not beat up. I have a stacked washer/dryer so I needed a machine that could fit into the space and this unit has the smallest exterior dimensions, which allows for more room to install/remove and a bit of storage space. The only thing I don't like is how the washer/dryer stack. There is a flimsy bracket in the rear so the dryer can move and it does squeak from vibrations when the washer is in final spin. My old machine had the mounting brackets in the front that came out from a hidden screw and it held everything together very well and made it easier to move the machine for install or maintenance.

We've only done a dozen loads so far but it seems to do the job very well. I use the cold water setting for most loads to save energy and the clothes come out great. So, the performance is great and it runs quietly. I have 2 minor complaints. 1) The door makes a loud unsettling 'click' when closing. This is not a problem other than sounding a little unrefined or cheap. It's like when you compare the sound of closing the door on a Honda Fit vs an Acura. One sounds quieter and more refined than the other. 2) Setting the wash modes can be a little confusing at first. There are no knobs or physical buttons but more of a touch-sensitive control panel. There are preset modes but you can configure your own as well. (I guess, I prefer physical knobs and buttons with fewer options.) I've found that activating the modes or changing the settings required some fiddling to get things set the way I wanted. We have the matching dryer which has a similar interface. Overall, very good if not excellent performance but the first few times you use it will require some extra attention to the settings display.

I like the new washer it doesn't have alot of bells and whistles which I didnt want for I feel the more things it will do will be more things to break down. I do love the extra support in the door I have a habit on learning on it. I wish that it had an inside light when you open it. I'm amazed how quiet it is. I'm happy with the washer and intend to buy the dryer in the near future. PS the service to install it was excellent.

I am very happy with my new Electrolux washer. It is a definite improvement over my 42 year old Maytag washer. It gets the the clothes much cleaner and they have a better fragrance. I have also noticed that, after a wash cycle, most of my shirts have been turned inside-out. This is a sign to me that they have been rigorously washed.

The electrical cord needs to have an L shaped plug for the outlet. (it needs to come out of the plug and the cord immediately go down) My outlet is in a box and the cord does not allow me to close the door to the box. The drain hose was 4 inches too short to reach the drain line on the wall. It would have helped to have longer water lines also and it would be nice for those to also be L shaped. We are limited in space in our laundry room. The washer itself works well.

Our first front-loading washer was a dud (not an electrolux). We switched back to a top loading, but it quit after 5 years. We are back to a much improved front-loading maching. It does a great job cleaning and the spin dry is awesome.

I have used this washer enough times within the last month of owning it to determine that it is a good washer. It definitely uses way less water than my previous top load washer. HOWEVER, I am not entirely convinced that it does as good of a job at getting out stains as my top load washer did with an agitator...and may I add that I am talking about spaghetti type stains and watermelon/blueberry juice stains....probably the worse stains out there! On a positive note, I have found that when I select heavy duty with stain treat that it seems to do the job. Only downside to that is that the wash time is about 98 minutes which seems crazy long to me. Otherwise I absolutely love how quiet it is which is a huge plus for me and it is super easy to use. Although I do not use PODS, I like that is has an option specifically for them. Maybe when I use up the gigantic tub of detergent I have, I will buy some PODS and see if they do the job. Overall, I am pleased with this washer and we got it for an awesome price at our local appliance store.

We've had the washer for about a month and it is our first front loader. The wash cycles are simple and easy to adjust as needed. The washer is relatively quiet and does not vibrate much. Wiping down the door and gasket to keep dry isn't a big deal but the detergent dispenser always has a lot of water left in it. I am not sure how important it is to dry it out but doing so is a real pain in that you basically have to take the whole drawer out to do a decent job of it. It won't dry just by leaving it opened.

Due to supply and manufacturing issues post pandemic, it has been difficult to get a washing machine without a long wait , but my appliance guy suggested this Electrolux, and it came within a week, replacing a 28 year old Maytag. Larger capacity, it uses less water, clothes still comes out clean and fresh. Cleaning times are less, and it this model seems to be more gentle than the old machine. It's more convenient to put in detergent, fabric softener, and bleach. Price was reasonable, and hopefully the machine is durable enough to last a long time. Really satisfied at this point.

I only had this washer machine for one month. It was a very expensive purchase and was highly rated by the salesperson. However, when it starts a normal wash cycle it makes this very load noise. Service is coming to look at it, but that™™s not a good sign for me to think this washer will last ten years. I want to return it for another model one that is quite and will last. I was trying to send you video I took with my phone but it™™s asking me y tube video and I don™™t know how to do that.

My wife and I purchased the luxe care washer and dryer just over a year ago. The salesman highly recommended the premium options. Overall we have been satisfied with the performance. However, we've started having issues requiring service visits, which is especially frustrating and disappointing considering the age of the units. Parts and Labor are only covered for one year so we are out of pocket already for labor which is expensive. We've had two previous washer/dryers in our previous houses from other brands and never had a single issue. Because of this I would not recommend based upon our experience.

Best cleaning washer I've ever owned and I'm 71. I have had trouble contacting the manufacturer at the phone number provided when I had questions about the set up . Im still wondering if the 5 plugs that the instructions to cover the holes the removal of the shipping things in the back are needed as they were not supplied with the washer? Seems to work fine without them. I bought both washer and dryer pedestals which make it at a nice hieght to use the washer.
